Comida Típica,
Hecha con Amor

Traditional Panamanian cooking beside the waterfall — Boquete, Chiriquí

See Our Menu
Our Story

Three Generations at the Stove

Since 1987, the family of Doña Marta has served sancocho, patacones, and fresh mountain trout to neighbors and travelers alike. Everything is made from scratch each morning with produce from Chiriquí's highland farms — the province that grows 80% of Panama's food.

Come for lunch, stay for the coffee. We roast beans from a finca just up the road.
